The year end is always busy for us, summertime construction projects to complete, last minute projects that our customers need completed and billed out before December 31st, and add in some family time around Christmas. Every day is full  of scheduling, safety meetings, building, final inspections, changes, site meetings, and all of them with the sense of urgency that comes with a tight schedule. We sailed right into 2015 without even noticing it. All of the urgent projects completed on time, and our days throttled back to our usual pace.
